Insurance and Payment

Due to the increasing complexities of insurance plans, Dr Burke does not contract with any insurance, and payment is due at the time of your visit, in the form of: credit card (4% charge added), check, cash, Venmo, or HSA/FSA card. A super bill will be furnished upon request that you can submit to your insurance carrier for possible reimbursement. Unfortunately, MaineCare and Medicare do not allow patients to submit their bills. I hope to make osteopathic treatment available to members of the community. My rates are listed below. New and Established Patients: $180 for approximately 45 min appointment Children 12 and younger: $130 for approximately 30 min appointment
