About Dr. Burke

Rachel Burke, DO is an osteopathic physician who is board-certified in Family Medicine and Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment. Dr. Burke graduated from the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2001 and then completed a family medicine residency at the New Hampshire-Dartmouth Family Practice Residency in Concord, New Hampshire. After 5 years of teaching at the medical school and family practice residency at the UNECOM, she enjoyed full-spectrum family care and osteopathic manipulative medicine in a southern Maine practice. Dr. Burke continues to be inspired and motivated by the beauty of osteopathy in the cranial/biodynamics field from the past and ongoing teachings of James Jealous, DO and Donald Hankinson, DO. With ever-increasing understanding and respect for the health benefits of OMM, she will devote her practice to this hands-on healing profession.
